I've had this really nagging pain in my neck and shoulder for 9 months. It started when I was traveling in New Zealand last December. I've done a lot of tapping on it with only temporary results. It was only after I tried the “movie technique” that we just learned that id feels SO much better, almost fully resolved! I had to play the whole N.Z. movie and the events that occurred and get in touch with the anger and the guilt I felt before the pain resolved. Very powerful technique. I'm not new to EFT but I'm loving this course.

I made a list of over 147 life experiences and began to see a pattern that definitely is giving me insight into my life and I am so excited about how this is already working for me. A big movie from my childhood had to do with sucking my thumb and all the challenging experiences involved with my parents trying to get me to stop. I realized I wasn't allowed to be me, that I was somehow unacceptable because of my thumb sucking, there was something wrong with me!
