In this course, I’ve brought the key ideas of my award-winning bestseller The Genie in Your Genes into a fun self-paced online experience. Over the course of 12 lessons, I’ll guide you through the remarkable scientific discoveries in epigenetics, neuroplasticity, and the biology of healing that have transformed our understanding of human potential. More importantly, I’ll show you how to apply these discoveries in simple, practical ways that can enhance your health, energy, resilience, and happiness.
When I wrote the first edition of The Genie in Your Genes, my goal was to bridge the gap between cutting-edge science and everyday life. Since then, the book and this course has been updated through several editions, with research continuing to reveal the extraordinary ways our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and experiences influence gene expression, brain function, and physical wellbeing. Science has measured the biological pathways behind many recoveries once thought to be “miraculous,” giving us practical tools we can all use to activate our innate capacity for healing.
Though course is based on my book, it goes much further. Rather than simply reading about these discoveries, you’ll experience them through a carefully designed, self-paced journey. Each lesson includes video, audio, and written materials, so you can learn in the format that works best for you.
In each of the 12 steps, I’ll introduce one important principle of healing, explain the science behind it, and teach you a simple technique you can begin using immediately. As you progress through the course, you’ll build a complete toolkit of evidence-based practices that help reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and support your body’s natural healing abilities.
