In this course you’re guided by Dawson Church, founder of the National Institute for Integrative Healthcare. He describes how to apply this research in practice in your own life.

The course has 10 lessons that train you to identify the people, situations and thoughts that trigger anxiety. You then use targeted, state-of-the art energy techniques to erase their emotional impact in just a few minutes.

Each lesson is just 10 to 15 minutes long. The first one is an introduction to the research on anxiety. The second and third lessons give you two quick-start energy techniques.

We recommend you listen to the first two lessons now, so that you have the first quick start technique at your fingertips. That way, from today onward, you have an evidence-based approach to reducing your anxiety.

You can then move through the remaining eight lessons at your own pace, and re-visit them any time you need to.

We encourage you to take the poll at the end of each lesson. Most quizzes contain two questions taken from a research assessment called the Patient Health Questionnaire. Other people using the techniques we teach in the course have experienced significant and long-term reductions in their anxiety scores.
